Report in-game problems to staff
Overview
Use /ticket <issue> if you believe staff should see something in-game (griefing, stealing, something suspicious, etc.).
You will receive a notification once the issue has been resolved.
If your issue is not in the Minecraft world, use the system outlined in the #rules.
/ticket <issue>
Create a ticket and present details about the issue.
Ensure that you stand at the location of the issue (if possible), and give as many details as you can when submitting a ticket. Your ticket will be sent and staff will resolve the issue.
Staff can use their repair abilities (rollbacks, etc.) to handle gameplay issues if the issue was caused by something beyond the player's control and there is verifiable proof of said cause.
Examples: /ticket i just found a creeper crater here at the spawn building
/ticket i just logged back on and found out i died while mining because my internet went out, my items have been lost
